In 1995, in response to industry demand for a higher quality biotelemetry system to
monitor canines and non-human primates, D.I.S.S., LLC, RMISS, Inc. and Konigsberg Instruments, Inc. joined together to sell and support
ITS.
ITS is a high-quality, accurate and reliable system resulting from combining the companies' products and expertise in software data
acquisition, telemetry electronics and animal research. The synergy between the three companies provides the only available biotelemetry/data
acquisition system that is supported and serviced seamlessly from the transducer to the summary reports.

Konigsberg Instruments, Inc.
With 40 years experience, Konigsberg Instruments designs and manufactures the high-quality implants, sensors and base station electronics
of the ITS telemetry system. Their clinical and research products are in use at many hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and government
agencies, including NASA. These products meet the rigorous quality, reliability, and safety requirements of drug discovery, biodefense

RMISS, Inc.
With over 30 years in cardiovascular pharmacology, RMISS leverages its experience in the pharmaceutical industry and provides biomedical
and telemetry consulting services to ITS clients. RMISS performs telemetry hardware installation and training to help clients meet their
regulatory requirements. RMISS also provides surgery consulting and services, and offers guidance to researchers, architects and project
managers on telemetry suite construction and renovation.
