Select Subject
After loading the desired files, determine which subject’s
data you wish to review.

2. Initial Window
After launching the application, all the signals from that
subject are displayed.

After selecting the search
criteria and display format, you then click “Search” to
initiate the PRT’s search function, which will rapidly locate
every Pattern in the data set that meets those criteria. All
patterns so identified will be listed in the lower right hand
corner.
3. R-centered Results
This is a display format where the highlighted anomalous
Pattern from the list of identified anomalies is centered in
the main graphics window. By selecting an entry in the table
of found patterns, you can view the beat.

4. Iso-Centered Results
This is a display format similar to the above, but with the
region between two complexes being in the center of the
main display. Having both these display formats facilitates
the selection of wave shapes for the pattern matching feature
(next).

5. Pattern Matching
After an anomalous beat is selected and displayed in the
graphics window, you can activate the PRT’s Pattern Matching
feature. You highlight the desired Pattern, give it a
descriptive name, and click “Save”. This Pattern will then be
stored in the PRT’s library of patterns.

Initiating Pattern Search
Highlight the descriptive pattern name from the list of
patterns in the PRT library, and the wave form appears in the
right-hand window. Once this is selected, click on the
“Search Pattern” button to begin the search.

7. Pattern Match Results
The matching patterns are displayed in the bottom right list
window. By using your arrow keys, you can move among them.
