Quality Monitoring

Both CA Recorder and VR2 contain an integrated Data Quality Module to review and analyze your previously acquired data.  Use this powerful offline analysis tool to get the most out of your data.

Each real-time Analysis Module contains an integrated DQM (Data Quality Module), which records the following for each logging period:

  • % signal not analyzed

  • standard deviation

  • number of beats analyzed

  • % beats not analyzed

  • mean and median

  • max/min values

  • anomaly signals detected

Noisy or unmeasurable signals automatically rejected

Data Quality Module (DQM)

DISS keeps, tracks, and records the maximum, minimum, standard deviation, signal not analyzed, beats not analyzed, and HR variability for all of the beat-to-beat measurements used for the average of the logged results. Using the preview and review features of VR2, the investigator can use these key parameters to quickly detect anomalies such as potential arrhythmia, incorrect triggering or filter settings, poor signal quality, etc.
